By accessing or using the Sitter AI service ("Service"), a service of Signal Hedley, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Sitter AI, owned and operated by Signal Hedley, LLC, provides an AI-powered platform that connects families with babysitters they already know. The Service operates entirely through SMS text messaging, with no applications to download. The Service includes text message communication, scheduling assistance, and babysitter coordination. Sitter AI does not provide babysitters or connect users with strangers.
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
By providing your phone number to Sitter AI, a service of Signal Hedley, LLC, you consent to receive text messages related to the Service. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive Sitter AI messages.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using Sitter AI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
Sitter AI and Signal Hedley, LLC explicitly prohibit any use of our Service in connection with SHAFT content or activities (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco). Our Service is strictly for babysitting coordination between parents and their trusted babysitters. We do not promote, facilitate, or associate with:
Any attempt to use our Service in connection with these prohibited categories will result in immediate termination of your account. Signal Hedley, LLC reserves the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
Sitter AI only connects you with babysitters that you have already identified and added to your network. We do not provide, vet, or recommend babysitters. Users are solely responsible for selecting appropriate babysitters and for any arrangements made with them.
The Service costs $1 per use. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By using the Service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. You will be required to provide valid payment information to Stripe to process payments for the Service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Signal Hedley, LLC reserves the right to change pricing upon notice to users. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Hedley, LLC and Sitter AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Signal Hedley, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to the Terms by posting the new Terms on the Service and/or via text message. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Signal Hedley, LLC may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco County, California.
