Sitter AI, a service of Signal Hedley, LLC, is exclusively for babysitting coordination between parents and their trusted babysitters. Our service is NOT associated with or permitted for use with any SHAFT content or activities:

  • Sex - No sexual content or services
  • Hate - No hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Alcohol - No alcohol-related activities or promotion
  • Firearms - No weapons or ammunition
  • Tobacco - No tobacco or vaping products

Any attempt to use our service for these prohibited purposes will result in immediate termination of service and possible reporting to relevant authorities.

This confirmation message includes the mandatory opt-out instructions, clearly identifies Signal Hedley, LLC as the owner of Sitter AI, and guides the parent through the next steps of the setup process.

Compliance Information

All inbound and outbound messages are timestamped and logged in our system for audit and compliance purposes. Our SMS messaging practices comply with all applicable regulations including TCPA requirements.

Service Limitations and Compliance

Sitter AI is designed exclusively for coordinating childcare services between parents and their trusted babysitters. Our service:

  • Is not intended for use by minors under the age of 18
  • Does not facilitate or promote any SHAFT-related activities (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco)
  • Monitors message content for compliance with our terms of service
  • Reserves the right to terminate service for any user who attempts to use our platform for prohibited purposes
